Request deletion of your personal OOASY account or closure of your company workspace. You can start here without signing in, including if your account is suspended.

• Personal account: your profile identity, login credentials and avatar are removed after review. Other company members and business records remain. A non-identifying user reference may remain in business history. The last company owner must transfer ownership or close the company instead.
• Company closure: confirmation disables the workspace and cancels its OOASY subscription. After review, company data, team profiles, customers, documents, vehicles, reservations and media are removed. Separate payment-provider accounts and their records are not deleted.
• Review and retention: permanent deletion requires review of outstanding reservations, invoices, disputes and legal retention duties. OOASY will communicate any retained records and retention period. No automatic refund is issued. Restricted backups follow the operator's backup retention process.
