1. The service and your account

OOASY provides software for rental businesses to manage vehicles, reservations, customers, billing, support and websites. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and limit team access to authorized people. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account and for notifying support of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Rental company responsibilities

The rental company remains responsible for its vehicles, availability, prices, taxes, rental agreements, insurance, customer service, payment disputes and compliance with applicable law. It must have an appropriate basis for collecting and uploading customer information and documents, and must provide its customers with the required notices. OOASY provides the software and does not become the vehicle owner or a party to the rental agreement merely by hosting a reservation or website.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription prices, billing intervals, included features and applicable limits are shown in the selected plan and checkout before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Review the billing screen for your subscription status and available cancellation options. Closing a workspace does not automatically issue a refund or delete a separate payment-provider account. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support.

Configuration and launch

When installation is enabled, the one-time USD fee is displayed before payment and is separate from the recurring plan. It covers branding, website setup and assistance with the initial fleet. Delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days after OOASY receives all required information. The workspace remains restricted during review. The selected plan begins billing when OOASY approves activation, with no trial, and renews automatically at the accepted price and interval until canceled. The card used for installation is saved securely by Stripe for these authorized recurring charges. Additional bank authentication may be required before access is activated. If OOASY rejects your company, the installation fee is fully refunded; bank processing may take additional time. Contact support before approval to discuss cancellation of a setup request. Price changes do not alter an existing accepted installation quote.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the content you provide and authorize OOASY to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the service and your selected public website features. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not use OOASY for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious files, harassment or exposing another person's private information. Do not attempt to access another company's records or interfere with the platform.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how OOASY handles information. Optional services such as Google sign-in, maps and connected payment accounts may also be governed by their providers' policies. Do not provide passwords or confidential payment credentials in support messages.

6. Availability and access restrictions

Features may evolve, and maintenance or provider interruptions may affect availability. We may restrict access when necessary to address security, abuse, violations of these terms, unpaid subscriptions or legal requirements. Where available, the restricted support area can be used to contact OOASY. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

7. Account closure

You can request personal account deletion or company closure through Account deletion. Email verification and review are required. Outstanding business matters or legal retention obligations may affect permanent deletion; we will explain applicable retention when processing the request. The last owner must transfer ownership or close the workspace.

8. Service limitations

OOASY does not provide legal, tax or insurance advice. You remain responsible for checking your business records, configuration and obligations. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
